MORECAMBE came from two goals down to claim a tough point.
The Bees looked set for a much needed win after Glen Southam stroked home a 68th minute penalty after Garry Hunter had felled Ricky Holmes to give his side a 2-0 lead after Steve Kabba's 52nd minute opener.
But Morecambe hit back with a goal almost immediately when Stewart Drummond made it 2-1 with a close range finish after Paul Mullin had flicked on a long Capaldi thrown.
Drummond almost levelled the scores a few moments later with a shot that hit the crossbar but Paul Mullin earned the home side their fourth home draw of the season when he headed home Scott Brown's cross from close range.
The first half ended all square with plenty of effort but no goals.
Barnet had the best chance of the opening period when Glenn Poole missed an open goal oni 22 minutes after Barry Roche had saved from Ricky Holmes's shot.
At the other end Paul Mullin went close when he diverted an Andy Parrish right wing cross wide of the right hand post.
Jimmy Spencer is drafted in for his debut as the Shrimps face Barnet looking for their first home league win of the season.
Spencer comes in for Chris Shuker and will partner Paul Mullin up front with the returning Phil Jevons on the bench.
