Tyler Brownsword & Luke Jordan sign professional contracts.
THE Shrimps are delighted to announce that two youngsters have signed their first professional contracts today.
Luke Jordan and Tyler Brownsword have signed 18 month deals with the options of a further year.
Tyler is a first year scholar who has recently turned 17.
The centre half from the north east signed with the academy at the beginning of this season and has started superbly for the club putting in consistently high levels of performances. With this in mind the club has moved quickly to protect one of their brightest prospects.
Luke Jordan has also been offered the same terms of contract.
Luke, 18 has been in and around the first team for a couple of months now making his debut from the bench against Notts County at home, putting in an impressive cameo.
Luke has done very well for the youth team; a wide player or front man with great pace and one that has a lot of potential.
Boss Jim Bentley said: "I am delighted to be able to sign these two lads. They are both extremely promising players with great attitudes and we look forward to working with them and seeing them develop further over the next year.''
