James and Richard Altham resign from the Board of Directors
Morecambe Football Club announce the resignation of James and Richard Altham from the Board of Directors.
Their business interests continue to expand and with certain large projects on the horizon they both feel that they will have insufficient time to continue as Directors of the Club.
Chairman Peter McGuigan said’ Whilst I am disappointed with their decision I fully understand their position and on behalf of the Board would like to thank James and Richard for their time on the Board and wish them every success in the future.
We are pleased that they have agreed to give continued support to the Club as they have always done in the past'
James and Richard commented' This has been an incredibly hard decision to make but the time required to continue the commitment and be able to have any input into the Club is just not possible.
It has been a pleasure to be part of the Board and we will continue to support the Club in whatever way we can"
