New director added to boardroom
FOLLOWING a meeting of the Board of Directors, Morecambe Football Club Chairman Peter McGuigan announced today the appointment of Mike Hinchcliffe to the board of directors.He said "I am delighted that Mike has agreed to join the Board. As a successful businessman with specific expertise in Human Resource I am confident he will make a significant contribution to the development of the club. Mike has been an ardent supporter of the club for many years and we wish him every success in his new role."
Mike commented "As a long-time supporter of the club, alongside being born and brought up in the area, I'm delighted to have the opportunity to join the board. I've thoroughly the match day experience for many a year and I'm now keen to get more involved. I look forward to bringing a little of my HR experience to the football club as it entered a new stage of development both on and off the pitch."
