Aaron Wildig joins the Shrimps on a two year contract
MORECAMBE boss Jim Bentley has made his fourth signing of the summer with Aaron Wildig joining on a two year contract.
The 23-year-old midfielder has signed from Shrewsbury after an impressive loan spell with the Shrimps at the end of last season.
Talking about the signing Bentley said: "Aaron showed real quality when he was with us last season and really impressed us.
"He settled in really well and will be an excellent addition to the squad.''
Aaron said: "I really enjoyed my time here last season and once the gaffer spoke to me my mind was made up.
"There is a great team spirit here and I'm joining a really good squad that has proved it can match the best in League 2 and I'm really looking forward to the start of the season.''
Hereford-born Wildig began his career at Carlisle before moving to Shrewsbury in May 2012. he played more than 70 games for Shrewsbury before being released at the end of last season.
