McLachlan in training today

Posted on: Mon 17 Nov 2008

Fraser McLachlan is training as normal this morning despite the injury he picked up in Saturday's game at Chester.

McLachlan suffered severe bone bruising after a late challenge by his former Stockport County team mate Kevin Ellison that led to the Chester winger being shown a straight red card.

The Morecambe midfielder was treated intensely by physio Dave Edge immediately after the game and his work seems to have paid off with Fraser reporting back as normal today.

Edge has also reported that Wayne Curtis is back in training after his recent rib injury and Michael Twiss is also stepping up his schedule and is itching to get a competitive game.
