Garry Hunter's superb strike against Grimsby last season has been shortlisted for the Mitre Goal of the Year award.

The winner will be presented with the award at the Football League awards night on Sunday, March 14.

Shrimps' fans are now being urged to take part in the voting which is now taking place on Sky Soccer AM's website. Anyone who enters a vote has a chance to be at the awards night.

Voting closes on Monday, February 15^th at 5PM, when the top 20 will be voted down to the top 5 goals. The awards can be found at:
