Rovers confident game will go ahead

Youngster joins Kendal on loan

YOUNG defender Gavin Clarke has joined Kendal Town on loan.

The promising Clarke has joined the Cumbrians initially for a month to gain some valuable experience.

Boss Sammy McIlroy said: "Gavin has done really well since signing for us in the summer and this is a move that will really do him good.

"He will gain valuable experience and the move will really help his development.''
