Young, versatile, defender who played in a variety of positions during the season after signing from Bury in the summer of 2008. After a solid first season he really came to the fore last year and was the first choice right back for the second half of the season. Played the final game of the campaign at centre half which is a position manager Sammy McIlroy feels will suit his style in the future. His rapid development last year culminated in him winning the club's Most Improved Player Award. Signed a new two year contract at the end of last season.
