Another very popular player in recent times after signing from Chorley in July 1996. A versatile player who gave 100% wherever he played. Made his name with Crewe Alexandra where he made 95+13 apps, scoring 12 goals after signing in October 1989. Moved to Wigan on a free transfer in August 1993 and made 45+4 apps for the Latics, scoring 9 goals.

Was a member of the Shrimps' Spalding Cup winning team and picked up 2 Lancashire Cup winners medals in 1998-99 and 2003-04.

Was released in May 2004 and joined Burscough.
