The latest player to score 100 goals for Morecambe was one of Jim Harvey's first signings in July 1994 when he joined for a small fee from Mold. Harvey had spotted his potential as a youngster at Tranmere Rovers. Was released by Rovers in 1990 and had trials at Oldham Athletic and Stockport County before having a short spell at Bury where he made 1+1 first team app.
His first season at Morecambe was a quiet one and he even spent a time on loan at Chorley in March 1995 but from then on became a regular goalscorer and creator for the Shrimps. Moved to Hednesford Town in May 1999 but played just 8+7 games for them, scoring 2 goals, 1 of which was against Morecambe. Jim Harvey signed him again in March 2000 where he went on to score some more vital goals before being released in May 2002.
Moved to Burscough and was part of their FA Trophy winning team along with Paul Burns and later moved to Vauxhall Motors 2003-04.
