Shrimps' boss Sammy McIlroy says his team will be going all out to cause a few upsets this season.
Although disappointed with his side's defeat to Barrow on Saturday Sammy says it is this Saturday's game at Hereford where things really begin to matter.
Said Sammy: "Saturday was a disappointing result and not the way we wanted to end our pre-season campaign but it is behind us now and we are looking ahead to this weekend.
"We have just had what I think is the toughest pre-season I have ever known and there were some excellent signs especially in the first half against Plymouth and the draw with Tranmere and those are the type of performances I will be looking at us to repeat on a more consistent level.
"What I do know is that we don't need to be overawed by anyone this season. It was a tough pre-season, especially as we had some big players who missed almost all of it but I know we are fitter than we were at this stage last season and have a more settled squad and players like Ian Craney and Phil Jevons will defintely add quality to the side.
"Our first aim though is to make sure we are a Football League club when we move into the new ground but we are looking to make our mark as well. We made progress last year and we want to do the same this year. If we do make the same progress this season we will have had a very good year.''
