A goal from from Wayne Curtis on 38 minutes gave the Shrimps a 1-0 lead at the break against Oldham.

Curtis produced a neat finish after a good move involving Mark Duffy and Michael Twiss.

At the other end Shrimps' keeper Scott Davies made several good saves to preserve the lead.

Trialist Craig Lindfield made it 2-0 from the penalty spot on 70 minutes after he was brought down in the box.

Tom Eaves pulled one back for Oldhasm with a far post header on 82 minutes. In the last minute of the game Henry McStay produced a wonderful goal line clearance to deny Djeny Bembo-Leta.
