Club thanks Mr Stephen Wright
The Board at Morecambe Football Club wish to confirm that Mr Stephen Wright has resigned his position as a Director of the Club.
Chairman, Mr Peter McGuigan, commented "We are naturally disappointed to receive Stephen's resignation and would wish to thank him for his contribution and commitment to the Football Club during his period as a Director.
“Stephen was heavily involved in all legal aspects relating to the move from Christie Park to the Globe Arena and this was very much appreciated by the Board.We hope that Stephen will continue to sponsor and support the Football Club and extend our best wishes to Stephen, Sally and the children."
Stephen Wright added: “I feel highly honoured to have had the opportunity to serve as a Director of the Club I have always loved so much. Being a Director here is a great responsibility and I would like to thank all the people I have worked with who have made it such a pleasure."
