Boss praises front players

SHRIMPS' boss Jim Bentley says he is pleased to see his side sharing out the goals over the last few games.
Jack Sampson and Andy Fleming opened their accounts for the season in the 3-1 win over Southend on Saturday and with Padraig Amond getting off the mark a week earlier against Plymouth the Shrimps' confidence up front is rising.
Bentley was particularly quick to praise 20-year-old Sampson who recorded his first ever Football League goal at Roots Hall with a quality strike.
Said Bentley: "Any fan who's been to the games will agree that he's not had much luck.
"The way he came inside and let it go with his left foot was fantastic. I'm pleased. It's great he's off the mark because he deserves it for the effort and commitment he has shown since he has been here. He's a real athlete who always gives his all and we think he will continue to get better and better and I hope he will gain confidence from his goal.
The Shrimps' boss added: "We got Padraig Amond off the mark last week, Kevin Ellison is up to three goals now, Ryan Williams has scored and Andy Fleming has chipped in with his two great finishes.
"It's good that goals are coming from all over and long may it continue."
