Marcus Marshall joins Lincoln City on a season-long loan
MORECAMBE have allowed Marcus Marshall to join Conference side Lincoln City on a season-long loan.
Marshall has joined former Shrimps Tony Diagne and Jordan Burrow at Sincil Bank after being made available for transfer by Jim Bentley at the end of last season.
Boss Bentley said: “We have never really seen the best of Marcus as he had a lot of injuries last season.
“We all hope he has more luck this season and makes an impact at Lincoln.
’’He is at the age where he needs to play first team football and with the squad we have now I can’t promise him that so it will be good for him.’’
