One year contract for defender
YOUNG defender Chris Doyle has agreed a new one year deal with the Shrimps.The 19-year-old has signed the deal for the forthcoming season much to the delight of boss Jim Bentley.
Talking about the deal Bentley said: "We know all about Chris and we are all confident that he has a good future in the game.
"He was the Reserve team player of the year again last season and is getting better all the time.
"He has all the hallmarks of being an excellent defender. He reads the game really well and is confident in possession and is getting stronger all the time as well.''
Bentley added: "He has been at the club for a few years and is a really good lad to have around and dressing room.''
