Shrimps announce three further friendlies
THE Shrimps have announced a number of extra pre season games away from the Globe Arena.The club will send a Morecambe XI to face Carnforth Rangers on Tuesday July 15th at 7pm and also face Wigan Robin Park on Saturday July 26th at 3pm.
The following Tuesday, July 29th, Morecambe will travel to Burscough for a 7.45pm kick off.
Boss Jim Bentley said: "These games are all likely to feature players from across all teams as we look to get everyone fit for the start of the season.
"They will all provide good tests and give the players chance to get valuable minutes under their belts before the start of the season.''
