Chris Doyle joins Chorley FC on loan.
Defender Chris Doyle has joined Chorley on a one month youth loan and will be available for their Vanarama National League North match vs FC United of Manchester this evening.
Doyle spent time on loan at Chorley last season and played a part in their promotion push scoring 5 goals in 25 appearances including a goal in the play-off semi-final.
Morecambe boss Jim Bentley said: “It’s important young players play and develop.
“He was close to joining a Conference National side but it fell through but Chorley are a good club at a good level who Chris knows and he did well for them last season, so we wish him well.”
