Burnley striker Ntumba Massanka signs on a loan deal until January 3rd.

MORECAMBE have signed young Burnley striker Ntumba Massanka on a loan deal until January 3, 2017.

The 19-year-old is yet to make his debut for the Clarets, but has scored goals regularly for the club's development side.

A former Manchester United youth team player he joined League Two club York City, on loan last season  but having made only three appearances for the Minstermen he was recalled by Burnley in March 2016.

He is the second Burnley player to join the Shrimps on loan this season joining Alex Whitmore at the club and is also a former team mate of Danijel Nizic and Luke Conlan.

Shrimps' boss Jim Bentley said: “Ntumba is a promising young striker who we have had some good reports about.

“He will gain valuable experience with us and will be a good addition to our squad.''
