At the Fans Forum held in February there was a request from the fans to improve the communications between the Board of Directors and the Fans. A number of fans put there names forward who were prepared to get involved and help. Consequently it was agreed that a regular Fans – Board Communications Committee would be set up.
Attached are the guidelines that were agreed at the first gathering of those interested to set up the Committee.
We hope that by improving the communication between the Fans and the Board it will improve the matchday experience for the Fans and by answering some of the questions raised by fans a true and accurate response can be available to those that are interested to questions raised by the fans.
Should anyone else wish to get involved then please feel free to contact Mike Hinchcliffe at the Club. The idea is not to exclude anyone who feels they have something to offer while keeping the Committee within manageable numbers.
