Jim Bentley says his side will be going all out for victory in their Checkatrade trophy clash with Bradford tonight.

The Shrimps go into the game  on the back of a fine FA Cup performance against Coventry on Sunday which saw them unlucky not to win the tie against their League One rivals.

Bentley said: "As everyone knows it had been a difficult week but one thing I said to the lads before Sunday was to make sure they had no regrets at the end of the game and they did that. They were superb and should have won the game really but we were in the hat for the second round and I was proud of each and every one of them as I am sure the fans were as well.

"The aim now is to carry that performance into Wednesday night's game. We want to win the game it's as simple as that. I thought we played pretty well against Bury but were hit by a couple of late goals and I thought we were superb against Stoke and played some great stuff against a side with some Premiership quality in it.

"The current situation means a draw might be enough to see us through into the next round but we don't want that, we want to win and keep up the feelgood factor that we were left with after Sunday.

"This is a massive game for us, not just for the financial rewards but for the fact that this is the cup that gives players the chance to get to Wembley and that cannot be underestimated.

"Bradford are a good side and will be looking to get back to winning ways after their defeat on Saturday so we know it will be tough but I guarantee that we will be giving our all and hopefully we can stick together again and make it through.''
