ONE of the biggest names in football is coming to Morecambe in November.

Former Manchester United and England star turned popular football pundit, Gary Neville, will be at the Globe Arena on Friday, November 4, to headline a special Evening of Sport.

Neville will lead a question and answer session alongside Shrimps' boss Jim Bentley and assistant boss Ken McKenna on a night not to be missed.

The Ex-Manchester United and England Captain divided opinion with Football fans throughout his career. 

Whether you were a fan or not however, no one would be able to doubt his commitment to his club and country through a 17 year top flight career that saw him represent his country 85 times and make more than 400 appearances for United, winning 20 major trophies. 

Tickets for this one off event are now available for £30 each or you can book a table of 10 for only £270. 

Entry into the Wright & Lord Suite is from 7.30pm with the evening starting at 8pm. Included in your ticket price is a two course meal (all dietary requirements catered for). 

The night wouldn’t be complete without some comedy and the club is extremely lucky to have secured the services of local TV comedian Lester Crabtree.

The Shrimps' General Manager, Mark Dixon, said: "Myself and the Chairman have been trying to get Gary to the Globe for ever. He always said one day and we are absolutely delighted that he is able to join us on Friday, November 4. 

"I think there might be a couple of additions to the Q&A panel as the night gets closer.

"To put on an event you are always looking for something a little bit ‘different’ to attract the crowds, I think we can safely say our guest list fits that bill perfectly and we look forward to another bumper night at Morecambe Football Club.''
