Kenyon Out For 12 Weeks

7 October 2016

Scan reveals knee ligament damage for Alex Kenyon.

Alex Kenyon will be out for up to 12 weeks after suffering medial knee ligament damage in a challenge on Tuesday night’s Checkatrade Trophy match versus Stoke City.

After discovering the extent of the injury Alex said: “I’m obviously gutted to be told the news, I just have to remain positive and make sure I come back in the best shape I can.”

Physiotherapist Simon Farnworth said: “Alex has sustained a grade two tear of the Medial Collateral Ligament in his left knee, he’s due to see a specialist on Monday and is likely to be in a brace for six weeks.”
