Paul Mullin’s goal at Leyton Orient nominated for League 2 Goal of the Month.
The February nominations for the Sky Bet League Two Goal of the Month Award are:
Paul Mullin – Leyton Orient v MORECAMBE – 7th February
There seemed no danger when Mullin collected a bouncing ball with three defenders around him. That was until his sweet turn and deliciously curling 25-yard shot.
Josh Payne – Wycombe Wanderers v CRAWLEY TOWN – 25th February
It was not just the accuracy of Payne’s stunning 30-yard free-kick into the top corner which left fans gasping, but the arrowhead speed at which it flew over the wall.
Gary Roberts– Carlisle United v PORTSMOUTH – 25th February
Collecting a Michael Doyle pass, Roberts rode challenges as he set himself to brilliantly flick home a shot off the outside of his left boot in the vital promotion clash.
