Fans invited to take part in sponsored walk on Sunday, May 7th.
SHRIMPS’ supporters are being invited to take part in a special sponsored walk in May to raise funds for the club’s training facilities.
The facilities at Morecambe High School are in need of improvement and our groundsman “Chesh’’ needs some upgraded equipment to help make the area as good as it possibly can be.
The sponsored walk will start at the Battery at 12.30pm on Sunday, May 7 and goes to Happy Mount Park and back. Jim Bentley, Ken McKenna and members of the backroom staff will be taking part in the walk and fans are invited to join them along the route.
