THERE is still time to take part in Morecambe FC's major event of the year.
The club's annual gala draw takes place on Saturday, July 7th, with local businesses having the chance to win some major prizes while showing their support for the club.
One lucky winner last year was James Dennison of Dennison Trailers.
The firm, who have been long time supporters of the club, won the prize to sponsor the back of the Shrimps' first team shirts last season giving the firm weekly coverage on national television.

This black-tie event offers the club the opportunity to showcase its superb facilities and award winning hospitality serving up a lavish four course dinner, provided by its in house chefs and served by the club's award winning hospitality team.
There will be the public reveal of the home and away shirts for the 2018/19 Season.
Player sponsorships will be auctioned off during the course of the evening, mixed in with live entertainment and DJ.
The highlight of the evening will be the two Sponsorship Draws, with the star prizes being sponsorship on the back of the 1st team squad shirts and the chance to win an Executive Box, both for the duration of the 2018/19 season.
Single entries into each draw are £100 per entry (there is no additional VAT charge for draw entries).
Tickets for the Gala Dinner evening are priced at £40 Plus VAT per person. The club welcomes the opportunity to sell individual tickets to smaller businesses who would be happy to share a table with others.
For parties of 10 or more, there is also a “Bonus Draw” to win sponsorship and hospitality places for the Shrimps' pre-season fixtures.
