THE Shrimps are delighted to have secured a major sponsorship deal.
Matthew Taylor of Ace Scaffolding has sponsored the Shrimps’ supporters' stand with the artwork seen by fans for the first time at the club’s game against Tranmere.
Matthew, who also owned last season's shirt sponsors Purple Property, has once again backed the club.
He said: "I was delighted to sponsor the club last season and was always looking to back them again this year.
"We sold Purple Property though and were in the process of buying Ace Scaffolding so the timing wasn't quite right to make the start of the season.
"Everything is now in place though and it is great to see the board at the ground.
"The business is based in Manchester but is looking to grow all the time and I am delighted to be supporting the Shrimps again.
"It is a great club and I want to do all I can to help them develop further.”
Adam Wilde, the Shrimps' Commercial Manager, said: "I am thrilled that Matthew has chosen to continue his support at the club.
"Matthew's support has been tremendous and the support that has come as a result of him being involved with the club has been really great too.
"Both myself and the club cannot thank Matthew enough for the commitments he has made and I will be looking forward to working with him here at the club over the next three years."
