MORECAMBE midfielder Aaron Wildig says Monday’s Break the Gate offer is a great one for the community.
As a youngster, Wildig was a regular at his home town club Hereford United and knows the importance of people supporting their local club.
He said: “I used to watch Hereford as a kid and we got good crowds for the size of the town and the level of football and the community really supported the club.
“That is why it is important that the club does events like this on Monday to get more people through the gates and hopefully see them return regularly.
“It is great for a player to run out to a full crowd and I’m looking forward to the game and seeing so many people getting right behind us.''
