THE Shrimps’ hospitality team collected a Bronze medal in the recent Matchday Hospitality Awards.
It was another fantastic achievement for the club as they excelled once again in the Small Stadium (up to 1000 hospitality seats) category.
Silver went to Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club and Winners on the night were Watford Football Club. The club was able to sponsor the award thanks to their generosity of local businesses: Heysham Shipping Agency, Elite Windows, Local Choice, Handlesbanken, DST Group Ltd, Atkinsons Fish & Chip Shops and Thornton Lodge Care Ltd.
Co-Chairman Graham Howse said: “It’s a testament to the hard work put in by the hospitality team in achieving this award against exulted opposition, we often hear visiting & home fans praising the quality of service buts its always nice to get something tangible, well done!”
