The Shrimps squad made their annual trip to the children’s ward at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary to add a dash of festive cheer on Tuesday afternoon.
The squad visited youngsters on the Children’s Ward and Outpatients, handing out presents donated by supporters, the Shrimps Trust and Morecambe FC Community Sports.
Football in the Community Manager, Janet Preston added: "It's very nice to give something to the people having a hard time.
"Its always a struggle when you have a loved one in hospital, especially at Christmas.
"Those children miss out on all the build-up to Christmas they would otherwise get in school and at home, so this particular visit is really important.
"It's nice to highlight some of the good work that goes on away from football that the players get involved in all year round."
