CRAWLEY PREVIEW

29 March 2019

AHEAD of Saturday's Sky Bet League Two fixture at the Globe Arena versus Crawley Town, Jim Bentley insists his side must take a positive mindset into the game having won their last two home fixtures.

Gabriele Cioffi's side travel to the Globe after suffering back-to-back defeats and conceding nine goals in the process. The Shrimps trail Crawley by one point in the league and Jim Bentley wants his side to continue their good home form.

He said: "It's a big game for both clubs, it's an opportunity to get three points that will relieve a bit of pressure and put more space between us and the teams below us.

"Crawley haven't been in the best of form but looking over them they're a very dangerous outfit. They have conceded a lot of goals but they have a lot of height, a lot of pace and a sixteen goal centre forward up top so we mustn't underestimate them.

"It'll be a tough game for us but it will also be a tough game for them. We've won our last two home games, scored seven goals and are in a positive mindset.

"We're still in the battle at the bottom end of the table and we want to take as many opportunities we can to put points on the board."
