Community Sports' Extra Time sessions take place at The Globe Arena every Friday for people aged 55 and over to attend.
Running every Friday from 10:30am- 12:00pm, the Extra Time sessions are for people aged 55+ within the local community to attend and socialise.
Whether it is popping down to the session to have a cup of tea and a biscuit or perhaps playing a game of dominoes, it's a great way to socialise and meet new people, play some fun games and have a good chat.
Extra Time is based at The Globe Arena inside the Think Interiors JB's bar every week; it costs just £2 a week to attend but free tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided throughout.
Morecambe Community Sports have been running the Extra Time sessions for many years now and they have always proved to be popular with the residents in the area.
It's great to see the regulars attending the Extra Time sessions, but would equally be great to see some new comers enjoying what's on offer.
