The Shrimps squad returned for their first day of pre-season today as league 2 football is set to resume on 12th September.
Due to COVID-19 preventative measures, the Shrimps squad are taking part in non-contact training in groups of five for the opening stage of pre-season.
Shrimps boss Derek Adams said: "We're training in groups of five today in line with EFL guidelines, we'll be doing jump testing, bleep testing and agility testing.
"The groups are scattered throughout the day from nine o'clock this morning and right through this afternoon.
"They've been away for a long time, so it's a good opportunity to have a good look at individual players and see how they've been doing throughout the last few months."
