SHRIMPS’ supporters are bring advised not to support a fundraising website that states it is supporting football clubs during the Covid pandemic.
The website, called “Support our Clubs’’ is looking to raise funds for Football League clubs but the Shrimps say the best way to support them is to back them directly.
A club statement said: “We have no partnership agreement with this company and only companies officially endorsed by the club via its website or items for sale via the official shop have the support of the club.
“Our supporters have provided us with amazing support over the past few months and we are really grateful for everyone’s help.
"if anyone would still like to help we would ask they contact us directly through the club’s normal official channels.''
