Morecambe Football Club are recruiting! We are looking for staff to work home fixtures in a number of departments throughout the Club as we embark on our first season in League One.

We are looking for staff for the following roles:

-Bar Service Supervisors
-Bar Service Assistants
-Hospitality Supervisors
-Hospitality Assistants
-Food Counter Supervisors
-Food Counter Assistants
-Crowd Safety Stewards
-Turnstile Stewards
-Kitchen Porter/Assistant
-Retail & Ticketing Assistant


We are looking for people with a positive, “can do” attitude, good communicators, a willingness to work hard. Each of these roles are customer-focused, so we are looking for cheery people willing to go that extra mile for someone.

Shifts are mostly between 3-5 hours depending on the specific job role, during our home fixtures, so generally every other Saturday from August-May, along with occasional midweek evenings. Our league fixture list has been published so we can calculate your shifts for the full season. We expect that all staff can work for the majority of our home fixtures, with specific key fixtures a requirement to be able work.

You may not need relevant experience for some of these roles, just the right attributes and positive attitude, as we will provide in-house training for you. Each of these roles meet National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage Requirements. All applicants must be a minimum of 16 years of age as of 1st September 2021.
