I am a season ticket holder, how many tickets can I buy?
During the priority window, which is from 10am Monday 20 December to 10am Wednesday 22 December, you can purchase one ticket per season ticket card you have on your account. Once tickets are released to general sale, you will be able to purchase as many as you want. If you are wanting to purchase multiple tickets, but you don’t have enough season tickets on your account, we encourage you wait until general sale.
I am a season ticket holder; how can I buy tickets?
During the priority window, please visit our website or come to the Club Shop.
Buying online
Log in with your registered email and password or your membership number that appears on your season ticket card. Select either safe standing or seating. Select your seats and then add to your basket and usual. All tickets are to be collected from the Morecambe FC Club Shop in advance of the game.

Bring your season ticket card(s) with you, to the Morecambe FC Club Shop and we will do the rest.
I am a not a season ticket holder; how can I buy tickets?
Once tickets go on general sale on Wednesday 22 December, you can buy online via [insert link] or you can come instore.
I pre purchased (prior to the day of a match) either a Newport County (Round 1) or Buxton FC (Round 2) ticket; how can I buy tickets?
You will receive an email that will include unique links for you to purchase either a seated or a safe standing ticket for this fixture.
Can I buy a Family Ticket?
During the priority window, you will only be able to buy a Family Ticket if you have four season ticket cards on your accounts. Those eligible for priority tickets due to pre-purchasing for Newport and Buxton, you will not be able to purchase a family ticket in this window.
How can I buy a Family Ticket?
Select four seats, add the [Adult 1 Family Ticket] to your basket first, then add the [Adult 2 Family Ticket], [Under 18 1 Family Ticket] and [Under 18 2 Family ticket]. This will then ensure you only pay the correct amount. If you do not follow this, the system will not understand that this is a Family Ticket.
Does my Tottenham ticket include travel?
No, any supporters wishing to use the coaches that the Club are providing, must purchase a ticket separately via the FA Cup Coach Travel event.
How long will tickets be on sale?
Tickets for Tottenham will remain on sale until Thursday 6 January, 5pm. They must be collected from the Morecambe FC Club Shop, in advance of match day. There will be no collection at Tottenham.
Is my coach travel ticket refundable?
If the game is postponed, your travel ticket will remain valid for the rearranged date. If you are unable to attend the rearranged date, you travel ticket will be refundable. No other refunds will be issued for coach travel tickets.
Is my match day ticket refundable?
If the game is impacted by COVID then tickets will remain valid for the new date. Anyone who is unable to make the re-arranged date can get a refund however we would ask that the tickets are returned to Morecambe FC in advance of the re-arranged game. No refunds on tickets purchased for this fixture.
Can I move my ticket to be with friends, once it has been purchased?
No, we encourage all parties wishing to sit together to purchase together in the general sale period. We cannot guarantee how long tickets and specific seats will remain available. Once a ticket has been purchased for a certain seat or area of safe standing, we will be unable to make changes.

Can I have my tickets posted?
Yes, postage (signed for) will be available at the point of purchase at an additional cost of £2.50 per order. Note, our postage option will only be available until Monday 3 January 2021, any tickets posted after this date, we cannot guarantee delivery.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Due to tickets being pre-printed by Tottenham Hotspur, no duplicates or reprints will be available. In the event, you choose to have your ticket posted and you do not receive it in time for the fixture, please contact tickets@morecambefc.com to make alternative arrangements.
Can I have my ticket on my phone?
Unfortunately, as this is an away fixture, we are unable to offer e-tickets. All tickets are physical tickets, that can either be posted to you at a cost or can be collected from the Morecambe FC Club Shop in advance of the fixture.
When must I collect my ticket by, if I’ve selected this option?
You must collect your ticket by 5pm Thursday 6 January from the Morecambe Club Shop.

All supporters must be prepared to show proof of their COVID status. If you haven’t already, please download your COVID pass from the NHS app or print a PDF copy or if you don’t have this, now is your time to do a lateral flow test. This must be carried out 48 hours prior to kick off so you can show proof of a negative test result email or text.
