The Shrimps have signed Salford midfielder Alex Denny on loan until the end of the season.
The 20-year-old started his career at Everton, making his debut aged 17 in a Europa League match away to Apollon Limassol, coming on as a substitute in a 3–0 win.
In the summer of 2020 he joined Salford City as a member of their development squad and made his debut for the Ammies in an EFL Trophy game against Manchester United Under-21s. He played for Salford in their 2-1 victory over the Shrimps in November.
Alex has represented England at Under-17 and under-18 levels.
