Cole Stockton has been shortlisted for the Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award for September.
Stockton, who was awarded the prize for August finds himself on the shortlist again after another sensational month.
The 27-year-old scored five goals in September, his strike against AFC Wimbledon for 40-yards-out being a particular highlight of the month.
The number nine will have to fight off competition from Lincoln City’s Anthony Scully, MK Dons’ Scott Twine and Sunderland AFC’s Carl Winchester.
The winner will be announced on Friday and is chose by a judging panel that comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
