Fans focus workshop

27 January 2022

Following on from our Fans Survey released earlier this month, we would like to spend time analysing the feedback and understand exactly what our supporters want, in order to continue improvement off-the-pitch and to enhance the experience at the Club, particularly matchdays.

To continue the process of improvement, we would like to meet with a selection of supporters to discuss the results from the survey and look at changes the Club can make in the short-term and how we build to make the longer term changes.

We announced on Wednesday (26 January) that we will be hosting a Fans Focus Workshop one evening during the week commencing Monday 14 February, which will take place at the Club.

To ensure we can maximise the quality of the workshop and for it to benefit both supporters and the Club, we will be taking applications and places will be extremely limited.

This does mean that some people will miss out at first, though we do intend to hold future Fans Forum Workshops. Don’t worry this won’t be a one off. We also intend to hold an open evening to share the feedback and our proposed changes in the close season.

Our SLO, Anya Wood said: “Being new to the role, I want to spend some time getting to know supporters and delving into what they really want.

"I want to be able to use the results from our survey(s) and workshop(s) to make positive changes to supporters' experiences, but also use this opportunity to educate supporters on why we are unable to fulfil some suggestions. I wish we could give you everything, but sometimes certain things just aren’t possible.”

Applications are live now bit.ly/3IHJHS3 and will be accepted until Friday 4 February.
