I have purchased tickets for the coach online, but I haven’t received an email, what do I do?

Please contact the club shop on 01524411797 (ext 3), or email tickets@morecambefc.com. We will be able to resend your email confirmation that will include your e-tickets for the coach travel.

How do I find out which coach I am on?

On your e-ticket, that you will receive, attached to your confirmation email it will state the ‘FA Cup – Travel [number]’ this is the coach you are on.

Do I have to go on the coach I purchased for?

Yes, everyone will be told to go on the coach they have purchased for. There will be no switching on the day.

Do I need to sit in the seat that is stated on my ticket?

No, we have only sold as many tickets as there are seats on the coach. As long as under 18’s are sat with their adult, we are not enforcing people to sit in their purchased seat.

All official coaches put on sale by Morecambe FC are Family Coaches. There will be NO alcohol consumed on board.

Can I have alcohol on the coach?

No, there will be no alcohol allowed on board any official coach run by Morecambe FC. There will also be a steward on board to monitor behaviour of supporters. Club sanctions will be imposed on any breaches which could also see the coach company lose its public carriage licence and club face sanction by the authorities.

What time will the coaches be leaving the Mazuma Stadium?

All coaches will depart the Mazuma Stadium at 6am on Sunday 9 January 2022.

How many stops will there be?

This will depend on the final whistle.

What should I do if I am running late?

Don’t be late. All coaches will depart at 6am.

Will the coaches delay set off time if people don’t arrive on time?

No, all coaches will depart at 6am.
