MFC Community Sports is recruiting a Mental Health Transformation Officer and a Divert Coach.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Transformation Officer (job description) on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2024, as well as for a Divert Coach (job description) on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2025.
