Manager Derek Adams has been nominated for the Sky Bet League One Manager of the Month for April.
The final month of the season saw the Shrimps pick up 10 points, which help secure the side’s place in League One for another season.
Back-to-back home wins over Burton Albion and Oxford United kick-started the month before a stunning 3-2 victory over Charlton Athletic at the Valley on Good Friday saw the Shrimps put some distance between themselves and the drop zone.
Adams comes up against Sheffield Wednesday’s Darren Moore, Sunderland AFC’s Alex Neil and Wycombe Wanderers’ Gareth Ainsworth.
The Sky Bet Manager of the Month judging panel comprises of former Barnsley manager Danny Wilson, Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Communications Director Mark Rowan, and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
All winners will be announced on Friday 13 May 2022.
