Morecambe FC is hiring an HR Manager.
The HR Manager will manage, develop and improve both our day to day and long term people agenda. You will take responsibility as the first port of call for all recruitment aspects, including advising line managers and managing the onboarding process. You will be involved in anything people related ensuring such queries are dealt with promptly and reliably. The role will also advise on, develop and implement policies and processes to ensure the business employs, develops and retains a talented and motivated team of colleagues. In doing so, they will play a key role in achieving MFC’s strategic vision of being competitive and sustainable in Sky Bet League One.
This role is critical to the development and evolution of MFC at a time when the ambition and strategic direction of the club have never been clearer. For the right person, the role represents a career-defining role and the opportunity to make a positive difference not just to MFC, but to the whole town of Morecambe and the wider North Lancashire area that the club represents.
This is not a normal HR role. Instead, it is the opportunity to play a crucial part in the next chapter of one of the most exciting stories in professional football.
