A resolute Shrimps performance against The Rams saw Derek Adams' side come away with a point.
Jensen Weir opened the scoring in the second minute of first-half extra time with an excellent strike from the edge of the box.
Two penalty saves either side of the break from Connor Ripley kept the visitors at bay, though Louie Sibley eventually found a leveller on 59 minutes.
