Derek Adams has made seven changes to the team which faced Lincoln City in the league on Saturday.
Adam Smith replaces Connor Ripley in goal, while Max Melbourne makes his first start since mid-August.
Farrend Rawson and Ryan Delaney return to the centre of defence, and Cole Stockton, Dylan Connolly and Arthur Gnahoua also start.
