Cole Stockton and Ryan Cooney have been shortlisted for the 2022 Northwest Football Awards.
Stockton, who netted 26 times and provided four assists in 50 appearances across all competitions last campaign, is up for League One Player of the Season.
As well as scooping Sky Bet League One’s Player of the Month awards for August and September respectively, the 28-year-old provided plenty of memorable moments, most notably scoring a last-minute winner from inside his own half against Fleetwood Town.
After signing for the Club on a permanent deal in June 2021 following several loan spells from Burnley, Cooney made 38 appearances for Morecambe last season
The 22-year-old has been shortlisted for The Athletic Rising Star of the Season award.
