Anthony O'Connor has today cancelled his contract with Morecambe FC via mutual consent, allowing him to pursue opportunities elsewhere.
The central defender leaves the Mazuma Stadium having made 62 appearances for the Club, scoring five goals, including the memorable strike in the FA Cup at Tottenham Hotspur in January last season.
The Club thanks Anthony for all of his efforts, and wishes him well for the future.
