VACANCY: Bars Manager - Morecambe FC
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Base: The Mazuma Mobile Stadium, Morecambe

Job Purpose:
To manage our Stadium bar and concourse provision, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation, whilst continuously developing and improving our offer and increasing profitability. The role holder will be expected to create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring a consistent, high quality and professional guest experience. This will be performed in accordance with Morecambe FC standards in a proactive and customer friendly environment.
In conjunction with the Head of EBC and the Front of House Supervisor, the role holder will ensure that support services are delivered in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. The role holder needs to be flexible, as the role will include regular weekend and evening work, including unsociable hours.
They will also need to be self-motivated and willing to take responsibility. It is important that the role holder can work as part of a team, as the role involves ongoing collaboration with other members of our team at the football club, therefore communication and organisation skills will be very important.

Summary:
Term: Permanent.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate to experience.
Closing date: Monday 17th July 2023.
