JJ McKiernan's hat-trick sealed a big 3 points on the road for The Shrimps at Colchester United.
Shortly after taking the lead, James Connolly was shown a red card reducing Derek Adams' side to 10-men. However they weren't to be thwarted as they went on to record an impressive victory at the Jobserve Community Stadium.
